jewelry to you safely and as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

- Custom or engraved items may take 5-7 business days, depending on design complexity.

- We will contact you if there are any delays due to high order volume or special requests.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

- Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders over $200 (U.S. only).

- Standard Shipping (orders under $200): 3-5 business days

- Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days

- Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

- We currently ship within the United States.

Tracking Information

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

- El Gambusino is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

- If your package is missing or arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier.- We're happy to assist in any way we can.

Local Pickup Available

- Free in-store pickup is available at:

3318 S. Georgia, Suite 2714, Amarillo, TX

- You can also visit us weekends at T-Anchor Flea Market, Booths B41-43

- Select 'Local Pickup' at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready
